I'm having a much better day today than yesterday, thank heavens! I was going to go swimming tonight, but now I can't as Rob is so late home, 8pm. So I am going to go swimming in the morning.
I am really worried about the weekend, we're going to Janet and George's for the weekend and we are supposed to be going to Liz's for dinner on Saturday. I am so scared of completely blowing my diet. I won't though. I'm going to make sure I take some healthy food with me. I'll take some Ryvita and cream cheese for snacks, I'll eat fruit and low calorie crisps and I'll use George's computer to count my points.
We'll be back on Monday which gives me a few days to get back on track.
